The Labor & Delivery Scrub Technician has primary responsibility for scrubbing and assisting the Labor & Delivery surgical team during operative procedures. Arranges and inventories sterile instruments and supplies for operative procedures and vaginal births within the Labor &Delivery unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Requires completion of Surgical Technician Course.
Certification: Surgical Technician certification preferred. CPR required.
Experience: 1-2 years scrub or hospital experience preferred.
