Job Description:

Purpose

This position will lead the development and implementation of the CRM platform and marketing strategies for Floor & Decor to effectively engage with its consumers. This role will create systems to enhance the view of the consumer and to further develop capabilities in direct marketing and consumer purchase intention and action.

Essential Job Functions
  • Overview and vision to all technical aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Commerce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications
  • Responsible for championing customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
  • Partnership with key stakeholders across departments including IT, Ecommerce, PRO, Operations & Marketing
  • Lead, develop and implement site, concept or brand specific CRM strategies in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Create and execute strategies for acquisition and retention campaigns in order to drive frequency, AOV and LTV improvements
  • Engage with stakeholders and participate in discussions for new and innovative approaches of driving traffic, conversion and revenue and improving ROAS on campaigns, while driving higher LTV per customer
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity to complex CRM strategies and work with database partners to deliver this in a seamless and cost-effective fashion
  • Provide on-going analysis from an effectiveness perspective (ROAS) on all CRM campaigns and drive incremental optimization and improvements as we scale and refine
  • Be strongly "data centric" and "data-driven" and "model oriented" to provide both thought leadership and innovation to this strategic communication capability
  • Be compliant with all appropriate Privacy Preferences and Security protocols.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
  • Three to Five years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
  • Experience with CRM, personalization, email and digital marketing
  • Ability to formulate vision and focus teams on measured goals
  • Must be able to work with technical data as well as creative concepts
  • Strategically and analytically capable to match day-to-day execution requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong time management, organization, and project management skills
  • Understands the concepts of 1-1 marketing.
  • Proven problem-solving and team building skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
