Prepare cost estimates for new service, maintenance cleans, and other services to aid management in bidding on or determining the price of service.
Detailed Description:
Cost estimators collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to provide a service. Cost estimators typically do the following: * Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials, and travel expenses * Gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors * Read bid specifications and technical documents in order to prepare estimates * Collaborate with co-workers, technicians, on estimates * Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients *Cost estimators’ disperse quotes to customers accordingly.
