Drive-Thru Supervisor

The Drive-Thru Director is responsible for helping the Drive-Thru Director mold a team that creates a “REMARK”able experience for every guest through speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• Food Handler’s License
• Minimum education experience: high school diploma or GED
• Experience: preferred, but not absolute

Responsibilities

• Helping to open/close the restaurant
• Completing daily set-ups for the Drive-Thru, as requested by your Director
• Daily mini-meetings with your Director to assess the needs of the Drive-Thru
• Helping to grow DT sales through raising the number of cars served per hour, every hour
• Generating ideas to create an effective DT environment
• In addition to providing Chick-fil-A’s trademark 2nd Mile Service, pushing the DT for speed AND accuracy
• Helping to maintain task checklists for the drive-thru
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the window, register area, headset area, iPOS path, and iPads
  • Use of pressure washer will be required, in some cases
• Daily uniform inspections, taking note of pieces that need replacement
• Allowing disciplinary issues and employee disputes to be handled by the Drive-Thru Director and Human Resources Director
• Gathering intel for worker’s compensation claims
• Any other tasks related to your area deemed necessary by the Drive-Thru Director or the Owner/Operator
