Repair Technician - Full-time / Part-time

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.   Clearwater, FL. area company needs an experienced System Specialist- Service Technician.

         1st shift 8:30am-5pm.

         Pay $17.50/hr.

         Temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties Include:

         Design turnkey systems for customers according to their specifications-work closely with sales reps; ensure clients requirements are met.

         Assemble, test, package, ship systems accurately and in a timely manner.

         Process systems orders through computer.

         Responsible for inventory of system parts and make sure adequate levels are in stock.

         Package items efficiently to ensure a safe delivery to customers.

         Communicate with customer service and shipping regarding shipment of items.

         Build turnkey systems and other displays for in-house use (tradeshows/marketing).

         Inspect injector pumps in test area and determine site of failure.

         Physically disassemble unit to determine broken or missing parts.

         Diagnose cause of failure and prepare estimate.

         Complete pick ticket by determining parts and labor required, as well as condition and cause.

         Repair unit, test unit on in-house test bench for proper function.

         Run BOM and build kits.

         Assist in shipping and receiving when needed.

         Keep manager informed of problems with product defects, individual customers with units or installations, low quantities of spare parts or units, ordering supplies or equipment.

 

Requirements Include:

         Previous mechanical repair experience (pumps, auto, etc.)

         Must be mechanically inclined, self-starter, detail oriented, energetic, positive attitude, and team player.

         Ability to work in a warehouse environment (lifting up to 45 lbs.), standing, walking, and bending.

         Must be able to communicate with customers on several levels.

         Must have computer skills; date entry, faxing, and email.

         Daily contact with other team members to share and update technical information.

         High School Diploma or GED.

         Non-smoking/Vaping company.
