Eno’s Pizza Tavern is seeking energetic, fast-paced food runners to join our team! If you’re ready for a fast-paced floor, a friendly team, and great money, then you'd be a great fit for Eno's! We're looking for detailed-oriented and self-motivated individuals to ensure that food reaches our customers in an efficient manner while facilitating communication between our FOH and BOH teams. Experience in similar concepts is a plus – full availability is strongly preferred, and weekend availability is a must. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you! You will make $4-$6 per hour plus a tip-out (usually $4-$10 on top of base hourly rate depending on business) dependent on your experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hand-delivers food from expo window to the appropriate table efficiently without spillage or damage
- 100% knowledge of all table numbers and sections
- Takes pride in knowing the ins and outs of our food and beverage program
- Reads and organizes tickets, ensuring that all food items, modifiers, and special requests match what is listed on the tickets
- Assists servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to give our customers correct orders and outstanding service
- Communicates with FOH/BOH staff regarding requests and incomplete orders/deliveries
- Completes all assigned opening and closing duties
- Is able to carry food from the kitchen to any table in the restaurant
- Can understand/manipulate the expo bump screen/ticket line
- Prepares desserts and garnishes all dishes
- Checks quality of plate presentation
