About this job
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for all Eno's Pizza Tavern locations including a central support office, a production kitchen facility and multiple restaurant locations.
Facilities Engineer Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of physical building structures, interior and exterior painted or stained surfaces, plumbing fixtures, plumbing lines, fixtures, lamps, bulbs, switches and toilets, flooring, HVAC, supervise pest control.
- Manage all R&M tools, parts and warehouse. Maintain required par stock levels of all preventive maintenance materials.
- Ongoing/regular walk thru of all units.
- Must be able to work with current R & M vendors and HVAC vendors.
- Repairing hot and cold kitchen equipment
- Access to your own tools

- 2-3 years of experience on mechanical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, and general maintenance functions
- Excellent prioritization and organization are imperative
- Excellent communication skills with unit managers for updates.
- Must be eligible to work in US
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver's License
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Availability for a 40-hour work week, days often starting at 7:30am; weekend on-call availability preferred
- Work truck will be supplied for work-related transportation
