Expo - Full-time / Part-time

Eno’s Pizza Tavern is seeking energetic, fast-paced food runners to join our team! If you’re ready for a fast-paced floor, a friendly team, and great money, we want you! We're looking for detailed-oriented and self-motivated individuals to learn the in’s and out’s of our food and beverage program, conduct quality check on dishes before hand-delivering them, communicate with assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to give our customers correct orders and outstanding service, and read and organize tickets. Experience in similar concepts is a plus – full availability is strongly preferred, and weekend availability is a must. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you!

You will make $4-$6 per hour plus a tip-out (usually $4-$10 on top of base hourly rate depending on business), dependent on your experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates communication between FOH and BOH teams in an efficient, calm manner
- Completes a Final Food Quality Check, ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen is prepared to spec recipe, presentation, and any guest modifications
- Manages the flow of incoming orders
- Ensures all plates are served at the appropriate temperature and garnished correctly
- Makes certain that every item on the ticket is properly accounted for
- Safely stores all tickets for later reference
- Keeps the expo window clean, neat, and organized
- Follows all proper food rotation procedures
- Works with servers and bartenders to accommodate special guest requests
- Follows management's instructions and suggestions
- Makes certain that each member of the FOH team receives the correct plates with the correct items
- Ensures that all food items leaving the kitchen are properly recorded in the point of sale system

Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to withstand high noise levels and stand and keep active for long periods of time
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- Must be Food Handler certified
