Job Description
- Design, Test, and Document Electrical and Control Systems for Capital Equipment in high growth advanced technology work environment
- Prepare Elementary Diagrams for new Machine Configurations
- Maintain Elementary Diagrams for legacy Machine Configurations
- Support Customers with field issues
- Maintain Construction Data Forms (CDF) for CE Compliance and Certification
- Design, Validation Test, and Document Electrical Systems
- Develop specifications that meet customer requirements
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly to ensure on time delivery of products to the customers
- Analyze field failures, resolving technical related issues
- Investigate new technologies or existing technologies that can be effectively applied to SST equipment designs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), MSEE preferred
- Thorough knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
- Machine Design Experience with Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery (NFPA 79)
- Familiarity with Ladder Logic
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Electrical Power Management, Pressure, Vacuum, and automation control
- Produce engineering documents to include detailed 2-D drawings, ECO, Bill of Materials, service bulletins, and engineering test specifications
