Job Description

  • Design, Test, and Document Electrical and Control Systems for Capital Equipment in high growth advanced technology work environment
  • Prepare Elementary Diagrams for new Machine Configurations
  • Maintain Elementary Diagrams for legacy Machine Configurations
  • Support Customers with field issues
  • Maintain Construction Data Forms (CDF) for CE Compliance and Certification
  • Design, Validation Test, and Document Electrical Systems
  • Develop specifications that meet customer requirements
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly to ensure on time delivery of products to the customers
  • Analyze field failures, resolving technical related issues
  • Investigate new technologies or existing technologies that can be effectively applied to SST equipment designs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within Electrical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), MSEE preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Machine Design Experience with Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery (NFPA 79)
  • Familiarity with Ladder Logic
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Electrical Power Management, Pressure, Vacuum, and automation control
  • Produce engineering documents to include detailed 2-D drawings, ECO, Bill of Materials, service bulletins, and engineering test specifications
