Cashier - Part-time

Fowl Play Roadside Chicken is looking for highly motivated, hardworking, and energetic team members!

Overall Responsibilities

• Timely and friendly service to guests.

• Adherence to company sanitation standards.

• Strict adherence to posted schedule and clock in/out at times.

• Adherence to company uniform and grooming policies.

• The ability to bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive walking up to 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains friendly, helpful, positive attitude.

• Recognizes, greets, takes guest order, and uses suggestive and/or upselling for every order taken.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and restaurant.

• Uses Toast's POS system to enter orders, corrects mistakes; communicates to supervisor when void occurs or problem arises.

• Stocks station as assigned, by the start of each meal period.

• Responsible for proper cash handling and any cash shortages and/or overages.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

• Ability to observe an ensure product is prepared and presented to company standards.

• Ability to work under heavy stress/pressure during peak times.

• Ability to communicate with team members & guests

• Communicate problems and ideas to management.

• Be a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible.

• Customer service experience is a plus.
