Responsibilities

What We Are Currently Looking For:

MAKEREADY TECHNICIAN/MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT - HIGHLAND CROSSING - DENVER, CO

This key member of our maintenance services team will be responsible for the following:

  • As a Makeready Technician, you will work with the maintenance team to ensure that vacant apartment units are ready for future residents to enjoy
  • This position will allow you to use your troubleshooting and general maintenance skills including painting, minor plumbing and electric, drywall, appliances, swimming pool, etc.
  • Maintaining a strong curb appeal for the property by keeping grounds and landscape in top shape
  • Working closely with the service team, you will assist with ensuring adequate maintenance supplies are on hand and the maintenance shop is clean and well organized

Qualifications

Candidates who apply should have:

  • 1+ years of related basic maintenance/general labor experience
  • General knowledge of trades including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry
  • Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • At times, will be required to be on call
