BGR The Burger Joint – Sandwich Maker - Reston VA - Full-time / Part-time

Sandwich Maker Tasks:

• Ensure the ingredients and garnishes are available for the shift; this includes prepping the ingredients
• Receive orders from the customers via ticket printer
• Toast hamburger buns as the orders call for it
• Build sandwiches (burgers) to individual orders of customers; this includes placing meats, and/or fillings, and placing the garnishes accordingly
• Tasks at times may include taking customer orders, making milkshakes, fryer operations, and assisting in restaurant opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Proficiency in using a POS System 
• Previous experience in cooking, cashier, culinary arts, or other related fields is preferred
• Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays, and weekends
