This Sorter position is at a waste recycling facility in Nashville, TN. The work week consists of four 10 hour days and if overtime is called, it may be 5th day at time and a half. All associates get paid weekly on a Pay Card (we provide these) or Direct Deposit. All associates have the option for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance on Day 1. All associates are eligible for pay increases throughout your tenure. This position does not require a HS diploma or GED.
Industry: Warehouse/Distribution.
Duties: Deposit recoverable materials safely and efficiently into appropriate chute. Assist other sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items. Inspect incoming loads for unacceptable waste; remove unacceptable items as required.
