Management experience is required
Restaurant experience is not required but very beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control Food Cost and Labor Costs to keep within goals
• Obtain net profit goals
• Manage ordering to ensure proper product counts while ensuring fresh customer product
• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specification, guidelines and training programs
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
• Manage customer feedback and implement necessary changes
• Take weekly inventory to keep food cost at, or below, goal
• Control cash
• Make all staffing decisions including hiring and termination
• Provide all staff reviews
• Prepare all schedules to ensure proper staff coverage by anticipating business activity
• Continually strive to develop Your Pie team members in all areas of managerial and professional development
• Fill in where needed during service to meet customer service standards and ensure efficient operations
