Outreach Assistants - Needs about 30 temps
2 Shifts - 7:30am - 11:30am or 11:30am - 3:30pm
Outreach Assistant Role : Heavy outbound Calls to schools to get them onboard for a fundraising campaign. You will log notes into the database, and will have to follow up with contacts (via email) to get a yes or no answer. You must be persistent, and not afraid to speak to people on the phone. You will have a goal of placing between 10-15 calls per hour, and recruit an average of 4 schools a week. Commit to working 5 days a week between August- December. Rock star Outreach Assistants (recruiters) may have the opportunity of working additional hours, and past the recruitment period of August- December.
The Outreach Assistant makes outbound phone calls and sends e-mail communication to targeted contacts for a specific campaign. This role is responsible for vreating a qualified pipline of decision making contacts, keeping leads warm and growing the interest on commitment to LLS mission and programs for campaign leadership.
No Resumes needed - But must complete a Background and Drug testing after accepting offer.
Outgoing personalty, background in Telemarketing, Call Center, All Outbound Calls
