Kelly & Associates Insurance Group (KELLY) in Sparks, MD is seeking an Account Manager II to help retain and grow KELLY Benefit Solutions (KBS) client base by supporting the Sr. Consultant and Sr. Account Manager. Ensure the ongoing strategy, delivery and management of the client’s unique benefit needs while acting as an ambassador to help continue to grow KBS. Outlined responsibilities are; to retain existing KBS clients, grow the KBS client base, and stay current and knowledgeable regarding KELLY's products, systems and procedures.
The Account Manager plays an administrative role during the implementation process, supporting the Senior Account Manager who is responsible for the tactical oversight of a successful implementation to KELLY.

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
-Life and Health Insurance licensed preferred, but at minimum, must attain within 60 days of hire date.
-Group insurance/client service work experience preferred.
-Experienced and skilled in computer systems in a windows based environment.
