• Proactively identify and qualify large group leads (100+ employees)
• Evaluate prospects’ needs for products and services through your:
o Deep understanding of KELLY’s services and product offerings
o Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
o Various relationship building techniques
Our regional leadership team will:
• Offer training opportunities to grow your insurance knowledge
• Arrange for mentorship with leading experts on the team to strengthen your sales skills with large group employers
• Provide a career path to ensure your talent, attitude, and performance are valued and you capitalize on your potential
