Preschool Educators

Privately owned preschool for 2.5 to 5 years. Our philosophy is that children will learn and socialize when they feel safe and nurtured. Our curriculum is accelerated which challenges both the students and teachers to achieve higher learning through instruction that meets each student's needs. Applicant must possess the skills required to execute a kindergarten curriculum that also exposes students to first grade. Teacher must be able to assess students and teach at their level of learning ability. Group Teacher must possess an Associates degree and/or CDA. Must be skilled in, organization, delegation, and directing to meet the goals and vision of the school. Must be a team player and be able to think out of the box. Group Teacher is expected to: - Execute all duties with professionalism and in a timely fashion. - Establish and maintain a well-organized and effective curriculum which follows the school's philosophy. - Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment. - Advance motor and intellectual competence. - Support social and emotional development and provide guidance through modeling and behavior management strategies. - Establish positive and productive relationships and communication with staff and families. - Ensure a well-run, purposeful program responsive to the student's needs. - Maintain a commitment to professionalism.
