Schedule: Full Time, must be available on weeknights and weekends

Growth Opportunities: Become a General Manager or Area Manager ($40,000 - $65,000 salary plus performance bonuses)

Job Summary:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John’s restaurant with an upbeat, positive rock star attitude
• Lead by example while executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity
• Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees
• Assign, oversee and evaluate employee tasks and performance
• Hire, promote, and terminate employees based on performance
• Provide on-the-job training for new and existing employees
• Coordinate marketing and sampling for restaurant
• Establishes sales and labor goals with Director of Operations; analyzes variances and initiates corrective action to ensure company objectives are achieved.
• Responsible for the daily and weekly completion of paperwork, to include preparing and submitting reports as established by the Area Manager and Director of Operations.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Have reliable transportation
• Background check and drug test
• Prior management experience
• Ability to handle and resolve employee issues
• Ability to handle stress, a fast-paced environment and high-volume operations
