PT Nanny and Household Manager with Family in Greenlake/Wallingford

We are looking for an energetic, even-keeled, positive, part-time nanny and household manager to start by September 4, 2018. We need a nanny who can work 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday), for approximately 16 hours per week between 3-7 pm. We have three children. Our eight-year old son and ten-year old daughter are in school (in the U-district) from 8 am until 3 pm. Our two-year-old is in daycare from 8 am until 6 pm in Fremont. We are located in Wallingford/Greenlake. Our family tends to have a good fit with those who are responsible and flexible, have initiative and common sense, enjoy kids, are good communicators, and don't mind a busy household or pets. The rate (depending on duties performed) will be $15-$20/hour, paid weekly. Duties include: - Transportation from school and for after-school activities. - Assisting with homework. - Preparing healthy meals/snacks for the kids and prepping the family dinner. - Help with household management for tasks such as: organization and light cleaning (maintenance) of kids' rooms, and communal living spaces where kids are active such as living/dining room and kitchen. Loading/unloading dishwasher. Folding children's laundry. Prefer - Looking for long-term job and partnership with our family - Direct communicator, who feedbacks both what is working and what could work better - University degree (or seeking degree) Must have proof of insurance (medical and auto), clean driving record, and car. Must be CPR/first aid certified.
