This is a Temp to Hire opportunity located in the North Hills and the hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, compensating $14.50-$16.00 per hour.
Job Description:
. Download and print title search / title commitment
. Review Title Commitment for clearance of title
. Read all closing instructions / lien letters / tax certifications / contracts
. Coordinate the closing date/time with lender and real estate agents
. Prepare CSL, tax certifications and title commitment to send to lender
. Preparation of all closing documents required, including the Deed and all Affidavits
. Preparation of the Closing Disclosure or HUD-1 Settlement Statement as required
. Maintain open communication with lender, real estate agents, buyers and sellers during transaction
. Address inquiries from lender, real estate agents, vendors, buyers and sellers in a timely manner.
