Personal Care Aide - Des Plaines

We are a team of CAREGiver professionals made up of mothers, fathers, military veterans, artists, teachers, nurses, certified nursing assistants, retired professionals and spiritual leaders.

As a CAREGiver you are part of a larger team working to enhance the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

CAREGivers provided a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Personal care and grooming
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and congenial manner

We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits including:

• Paid Training
• $12.10 per hour
• Direct Deposit
• 24/7 On Call Support

• Time and a half Pay on special Holidays
• Paid Time Off (full time employees)

Job Requirements:

• Clean criminal background check and drug screen
• 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
