Job Description

Summary: 

The role of the Pricing Administrator is to process and enter all quotation requests, bid awards, level updates, freight changes, and additional pricing maintenance within our ERP system for our Emergency Preparedness business units, Bound Tree Medical and Emergency Medical Products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute all facets of MobilePoint quotation reporting and administration.

  • Enter all pricing from bid award notices and quote requests. 

  • Assign customers to appropriate price sheets, level, and freight terms. 

  • Review and execute pricing maintenance requests from shared mailboxes.

  • Adhere to the applicable Delegation of Authority (DOA) to ensure proper price controls.

  • Distribute cost change impact reporting, compile responses, and upload pricing updates.

  • Develop, maintain, and report key business metrics for both business units.

  • Research pricing discrepancies, identify root cause, and implement corrective action as needed. 

  • Create and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Information Systems, and Marketing. 

  • Provide coverage for Rebates and Data Maintenance workflow as required.

  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.   

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year or 4-year degree a plus. 


Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel. 

  • Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement and developing sustainable solutions. 

  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy.

  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze, problem solve, and make business decisions.
