Job Description
Well established 111 year old flooring company is seeking experienced sales and design professionals for their
three locations in Chicago, Downers Grove and Rolling Meadows, IL.
This position requires working with customers in our retail design centers and assisting them in selecting flooring products for their home and/or office needs.
The ideal candidate will work in our showrooms as well as visiting customers' homes and prospecting new customers in the community.
Self motivated, well organized individual with outstanding customer service and follow up skills is a must.
Additional duties include:
- keeping up to date with the wide selection of floors we carry as well as benefits and warranties of each
- writing computer based sales order
- follow up on all installed jobs
- regular networking and working effectively with other store employees
- organizing and pricing our showrooms
Required experience:
- Flooring and/or design experience
