Job Description
We are seeking a Stock Clerk to join our team! You will coordinate floor merchandise displays to best appeal to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, open, unpack, and inspect all incoming merchandise.
- Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
- Report all damages or shortages to store manager and the vendor.
- Check in new merchandise, print, and affix tags to merchandise.
- Stock shelves and displays with new or transferred merchandise. Backstock remaining items.
- Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
- Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor, customer service or related fields
- Ability to handle physical work load
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
