Analyst to Pricing Department, $25/hr

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturing company in Irvine to help identify an Analyst to support the Pricing department.

As a Pricing Analyst you will assist in manual updates of daily part price changes and add new prices into the system; perform parts pricing research for parts and accessories comparing against other OEM’s and after marketing competitors; create competitive pricing worksheets and data analysis for each parts researched; perform regular review of low margin parts; perform on going review of Price Line Code Margin Matrix; maintain and update codes to establish price and margin strategies; research and respond to field and dealer price inquiries in a timely manner; create and route PR/PO requests for all Pars Liaison Purchases and validate/process vendor invoice payment requests; create and issue manual parts invoices; handle all employee parts purchase requests; and request vendor cost review on price discrepancies and update system with results.   Pay rate is $25/hr. Position is temp in nature expected to start ASAP and go through the end of March, possibly longer.  This position offers a foot in the door of a top organization always looking to hire our top talent. We are looking for someone with 1 – 4 years analytical experience. Must have excellent communications skills and strong technical skills using MS Excel.  Accounting, Finance experience preferred as you are working with a lot of pricing data and numbers.  Must be analytical and be able to make critical analytical decisions.
