Golf Cart or Auto Mechanic Manager/Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking Shop Manager/ Mechanic and Assistant managers must be seasoned Mechanics either Auto or Golf cart to join our team! The hours will vary and will include weekends. During busy times we will have 3 shifts. Must be able to work in a non climate controlled atmosphere. You yourself MUST have a mechanic background, leadership experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be willing and open to learning golf cart, LSV repair. We are a fast growing fast pace golf cart repair and sales shop. You will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out the owners directives for the day as it relates to the activities of the mechanic team. Must have a Valid Driver license with a reliable vehicle that you will have access to all day as you may need to make a house call . Own your own tools. We are open 7 days a week from 6 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Flexibility with hours, they will vary depending on needs of customer and work load. This is our busy season. This is a salary based job with a flat rate and a commission and bonus program. We pay for performance and production. We will offer benefits after 6 months and paid vacation and holidays after a year.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of Mechanics and shop personnel. Can range from 5 to 25.
• Need to be able to multi task and keep team motivated. When we succeed so do they and you.
• Adjust daily schedule for shifts under the guidance of the managing director to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees and communicate to shop manager and managing director.
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Previous experience in an auto or golf cart garage and sales atmoshpere, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
