A little bit about the opportunity: In 2017 Renewal by Andersen will grow exponentially and we are looking for new team members to grow with us. It does not matter what you are doing now or what you have been doing- if you are motivated, can communicate clearly and enthusiastically and are willing to embrace change, we can teach you.

Lead Generation Reps work in neighborhoods where Renewal by Andersen is doing or just completed installations. They interact with homeowners in the area, and let them know about the type of work Renewal by Andersen is doing in their neighborhood. The Lead Generation Representative DO NOT do any sales, They set up homeowners who are thinking about replacing windows or doors in their home with a free in-home consultation. That's it!
