We are looking for people with great people skills and that have an excitement to begin their careers for our Management Training Program. If you are a college graduate or looking for a career change then our Management Training Program is for you. Anyone interested in gaining Business Development, Sales, and Marketing experience is encouraged to apply.

Entry Level Sports Minded Retail Managers and Entry Level Assistant Managers can expect to be exposed to:

Job Requirements

·       Sales experience helpful but not required

·       High School diploma

·       1-2 years of sales, retail and or marketing experience is a bonus

·       Examples of leadership in either work or school

·       Be comfortable dealing with different product lines 

·       Be able to work within and be knowledgeable in the technology, entertainment, and security industries

·       Have reliable transportation. 

We are looking for someone we can cross-train from a new team member to a leadership and management role.
