Seeking Full Sevice Restauturant Assistant General Manager that is guest focused and places great value on positive relationships with employees. Looking for a hands on cheerful type with a big personality. Hospitality and excellent food are paramount in this position. $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience

You will be responsible for demonstrating servant leadership while ensuring the delivery of exceptional food service, customer service, employee engagement and the smooth operation of each shift. General Manager Requirements:- 1 to 3 years of full service restaurant management
- A great personality with a whatever it takes attitude
- A desire to learn and grow
- Experience in Italian fine dining or upscale casual a plus but not necessary
- A clear understanding of servant leadership and hands on management style
- Wine knowledge a big plus
