Job Description
A District Manager is responsible for approximately 5-7 quick service restaurants (QSR) in the Rochester market
MUST HAVE QSR Experience
MUST HAVE Drive Thru experience
MUST HAVE Multi Unit management experience
Salary range plus monthly BONUS
Minimum 3 years multi unit restaurant management experience required
Oversee all people (hiring, process & operations) for stores in the market. Motivate & support team management, set plans, goals and drive day to day operations while striving for constant improvement.
