Job Description
A District Manager is responsible for approximately 5-7 quick service restaurants (QSR) in the Chicagoland market
Stores could be partially in the city or suburbs
MUST HAVE QSR Experience
MUST HAVE Drive Thru experience
MUST HAVE Multi Unit management experience
Salary range plus monthly BONUS
Minimum 3 years multi unit restaurant management experience required
Oversee all people (hiring, process & operations) for stores in the market. Motivate & support team management, set plans, goals and drive day to day operations while striving for constant improvement.
