Retail Customer Service & Sales - Entry Level/Full Time

While there will never be a typical day at CMNW, here’s a look at some of your responsibilities:

· Execute sales and customer service strategies and find custom-fit technology solutions for small business accounts that will create real value in their business

· Attending meetings, workshops, and training exercises based on established systems

· Work closely with the Branch Director and team to define growth strategy and opportunities for the company

· Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location sales goals

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

· Experience in sales/marketing, customer service, communications, (or related industry) with the majority of that time working directly with customers

· Positive attitude and high energy

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

· Excellent collaborator; builds effective relationships

· Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues

· Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas of the department

· Thrives on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment

· Strong customer service background

· Demonstrated teamwork and leadership; either professionally or in school
