Job Description
Tech Marketing Group is looking to fill entry level customer service and sales representative positions to work hand in hand and provide top notch professional customer service for our clients customers. We provide full paid training, with the opportunity for advancement.
The ideal candidate is some one who is outgoing, loves working with people, and looking for the opportunity to work with industry leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Staying up-to-date with clients and industry product/service knowledge
- Collaborating with Marketing Team to create & implement effective marketing strategies
- Interacting with client customer base to ensure best in class service
- Trouble-shooting for customer base to maintain relationship with the client & customer base
- Goal setting to increase revenue for clients
- Helping customer base set up accounts
- Provide accurate information to inform customer base of client services offered
NO Door to door/business to business/cold-calling/telemarketing
All positions are paid hourly or salary, with an additional weekly bonus structure.
