We are seeking a Taproom and Kitchen Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Job Summary

Our Montgomery Taproom Location is seeking a Full-Time Cook

Cooks are responsible for executing all culinary related activities, including the preparation and cooking of meals and setting up and maintaining clean working areas. Also, cooks play a key role in contributing to our constant pursuit of providing taproom customers a world-class experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically represent our brand, beer and company values.
• Have a positive and professional attitude with coworkers.
• Check the quality of raw or cooked food to ensure that health and safety standards are met when cooking and preparing food.
• Routinely meet sanitation standards and practices to ensure that State of New Mexico and City of Albuquerque regulations are being followed.
• Setup and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Answer, report and follow instructions laid out by management.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure that food comes out in a timely manner and is presented in a way that lives up to the quality of our beer.
• Complete assigned par-levels of backup stock before the end of your shift.
• Complete assigned sidework duties on sidework checklist before end of shift.
• Clean kitchen utensils, dishes and plates and occasionally glassware.
• Ability to work without supervision.
