Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager (Fort Lauderdale And Miami) to join our client's Wine & Spirits Stores! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team for a liquor and spirit store.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers (5-8 people)
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experienced with Wine & Spirits
- English/Spanish is a must
- 2+ years previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
