Sales Associate – Warrenton, VA, Leesburg VA and Winchester, VA
TNT Amish Outlet has immediate Sales Associate openings in our three locations. The Sales Associate provides prompt, courteous customer service exceeding all expectations. The potential candidate creates inspiration, enthusiasm and excitement about TNT’s products. By helping TNT create and maintain strong relationships with our guests, you are instrumental to our success.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible floor presence engaging associates and customers
- Provide world class customer service, communication, interpersonal skills and professionalism to engage customers
- Participate in and support all merchandise special promotions
- Complete paperwork related to sales promptly and according to company standards
- Meet and/or exceed store sales goals as directed by the Company
- Ensure clean, safe, and visually appealing environment
- Oversee the appearance of the store both inside and outside
- Other duties as assigned
