Job Description
Motorcycle manufacturer in Maywood, IL is looking to add to their growing team! This is for a 1st shift opening working 3:30 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday and working Saturday 5am- 11:00 am. Ideal candidate must be able to work the required over time. Department has around 15 employees between both shifts. Supervisor will mainly work on 1st shift but must be able to work extended hours as he/she will oversee both shifts. Great place to work! Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
Must have molding experience
Fiber Glass experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience.
Able to move/lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
Ability to work in a high demand environment.
Good Vision for quality assurance purposes.
Able to work in a hot environment
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance ,Production Reports, Employee Scheduling, Practice and train safety policies in place, Disciplinary action as needed, Housekeeping of department, Inventory Control, Other duties not listed may be included
