Job Description
We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for oversight and management of a fast-paced, high volume Craft Brewery / Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Coaching and developing staff to meet company goals and expectations for customer service, controllable costs, and consistency.
- Problem solving, liaising with guests, suppliers and our local community.
- Training and evaluating employee performance
- Attention to policies, procedures and detail
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in High Volume Restuarant
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Craft beer knowledge preferred
- Open availability a must
