Job Description

NorSpark Inc is quickly expanding their client portfolio by acquiring new clients in the Raleigh area. We are looking for competitive, success-driven individuals to get in at the ground level with our new clients, and help lead a team to contribute to clients' revenue growth. These leaders will received teaching, training & mentor-ship to ensure a successful transition into a management position.

Responsibilities:

  • Research client industry, and stay up to date with market trends
  • Work with marketing team to create & implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Promote client services to customer base, and provide educational knowledge on services/promotions offered
  • Contribute to sales, customer acquisition, and customer retention
  • Teach and train marketing & sales representatives
  • Oversee account performance, and make adjustments accordingly

NorSpark Inc does not participate in door to door/business to business/cold-calling/ telemarketing/ roadshows.

Hourly or salary guaranteed base pay, plus weekly bonuses.
