Job Description

Familiarity with all aspects of Medical Services from registration/admission through discharge, billing, reimbursement (to include understanding of an insurance remittance advisement and or explanation of benefits), payment posting, patient balance billing and referral to Bad Debt

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to intervene and assure patient satisfaction and diffuse a situation

Computer literate and multi system navigational a must

The ability to multi task, changing focus and direction as needed

Strong organizational skills and the ability to retain numerous policies and procedures

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and promptly handle the demands of numerous clients in addition to those of direct Management

Ability to oversee the day to day operations of a 30+ Rep team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure efficiency, one call account resolve and 100% customer service and patient satisfaction
