Home Improvment Sales Professional - Full-time / Part-time

We are a premiere company in our industry, which serves Southside Hampton roads, as well as the peninsula and have an IMMEDIATE opening for a Sales professional to add to our existing team. We are only looking for the very BEST, HARD WORKING, ENERGETIC, PROFESSIONAL, team player with absolutely no exceptions. You must take pride in yourself, your company, your product and your team, and be able to provide the same energy and professionalism whether its the first call of the day or the last. You must be able to provide the highest level of customer service ( Both internal and external customers), and be willing to go the extra mile for EVERY customer, your team, and your teammates. New canidate must be the most DETAILED, ORGANIZED, HIGHLY SELF MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC, person in America. Our company success is directly attributed to our fanatical drive to provide the best customer service on the planet. We also provide the absolute best quality product in our industry which in turn should create the best sales professionals in our industry. HONESTY and INTEGRERTY is an absolute must for this candidate. If you are not 100% dedicated to both of these please don't read any further. We don't want anyone that has trouble with the truth, anyone that is full of B,S, or any other bad traits associated with a bad salesman. Now lets get started. This position is 100% commission (however there is a draw for the first 4-6 weeks which will be paid back once candidate gets his or her feet on the ground) Candidate can either be male or female so females please apply. Here is the good part, customers call us with a need. (candidate will however be required to get 10% of their leads once they have their legs under them) How cool is that? So the candidate's job is to go out to a perspective customer and educate them enough about their product, and their company so the customer buys from them. No cold calling (except the 10%) no making a need, just show up when the customer calls and educate, to get the sale. Honestly, get the sale! We are not looking for high pressure, however the candidate cannot be afraid to ask for the sale either. In fact he/she may need to ask more than once to overcome objections. we are not looking for the quintessential sales person, but we do need one that is a natural at sales and educating. A good sales person can sell anything and that is what we are looking for. We have had good sales teammates come from, car sales, pool sales, siding and window sales, high end jewelry, car sales and other industry's. Of course from our industry as well. Most of our leads come from referrals, therefore its imperative that this candidate be able to grow their referral pool year after year. We are NOT looking for a sales professional that once the product is sold they never want to hear from that customer again. That's not how we do business. Candidates must be able to work with customer issues as well as continuing to follow up with customers. If all you want to do is make the sale and move on, keep moving on from our team and this ad. The candidate for this position can NOT be lazy, Must be able to complete any paperwork associated with the sale, and do what it takes to make sure the perspective customer chooses our company over the competition. There will be a learning curve for most candidates in this position therefore it will be expected that the person that joins our team, WILL do what it takes to learn the product, the industry, proper sales techniques, and anything else that will help them become the best in our industry. We will provide training , however, the candidate WILL have to show initiative and figure out for them selves what will help them. There are some physical requirements, which will have to allow you to climb a six foot ladder, as well as limited crawling. I have listed up to $200,000 per year because we have had teammates in this position make that much. That may be a lofty goal for the first year (if new to our industry) but it can be done if you are the "best of the best" If you are "really good" $150,000 should be fairly easy the first year. If you are good, $125,000 is the number, however we are not looking for good. We are looking for the "best of the best" These numbers will go up exponentially each year as you add to your referral pool. Dedication to your job IS A MUST to succeed at this career. ONLY "A" players will be able to excel in this position, and the person that will fill this job WILL be DETIAL ORIENTED, and will be able to work without constant supervision. This PERFECT candidate will also possess the above attributes as well as being an extremely QUICK learner, structured, punctual, and all around over achiever.
