Commission Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Commission Specialist   – $17.00-19.00/hr- Evaluation to hire

Position Summary:

The Commission Specialist is responsible for the reporting and distribution of commission payments to our partnered firms and agents.  Upon receiving a weekly data report from our partnered insurance company, you will process the necessary commission calculations, note and rectify errors and miscalculations, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      Process weekly commission download

·      Calculate commission payments

·      Report and communicate any errors or miscalculations

·      Communicate data and results to partnered firms and various outside accounting departments

Education & Qualifications

·      HS Diploma.  Bachelors preferred

·      At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

·      Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy

·      Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

·      MS Access experience desirable

·      Able to learn new skills and abilities quickly

·      Ability to communicate effectively

Pay Rate: $17-19.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
