We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual as Part Time Key Holder/Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion/swimwear, a background in retail, a positive attitude and ability to build and maintain relationships.
DESCRIPTION
The Key Holder/Sales Associate, under the supervision of Store Management, provides every customer with extraordinary service. Works closely with the store leadership team in supporting the company’s goals and upholding a service-driven culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
Utilize effective selling skills by offering customer service in a confident and knowledgeable manner
Ensures the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, well- kept and priced correctly
Maintains store visual standards.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year minimum of experience in retail sales
1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Open availability
Customer engagement skills
Excellent Interpersonal, and communication skills
