Job Description
Si Boards, Inc is seeking a part-time assistant with a background in Sports Medicine or Applied Exercise Sciences. We need your help to build our evidence based educational content using our product line. This is a very interactive position and you will work closely with Elysia Tsai, a Certified Athletic Trainer, to develop these real world applications.
Your job will include the following:
- Research current concepts and evidence based principles of exercise/rehab programs
- Create sports performance and rehabilitation protocols for specific injuries or athletic populations based on your research
- Create newsletter or blog post content summarizing your research and exercise progressions using our products that apply to the research
- Assist in creating videos and pictures for program design
We are looking for someone who can:
- Think outside of the box and apply our Si Boards concepts to training protocols
- Write clearly and concisely
- Create Word and PDF documents
- Use our product line and be familiar with the function and unique qualities
- Consistently schedule your time and meet deadlines
- Be comfortable speaking and demonstrating in workshops
- Help set up workshop opportunities and maintain communication with our professional users
- Edit picture and video for educational purposes
Physical Demand:
This position will require knowledge and use of our product line of balance boards and core strength products. You should be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively with proper lifting mechanics. Some tasks require you to squat and lunge to the ground and be able to move while on the ground. Assistance with event set-up can require carrying heavy product and be physically demanding for several hours.

We have an easy going space where diversity, creativity, self initiative, focus on job completion and comfort with dogs is important. We encourage a clean and healthy lifestyle with positive attitude and passion for life. This is a warehouse and manufacturing environment that is occasionally loud and dusty. Serious applicants will be background checked.
