A fast-casual pasta concept  opening  soon in Roswell GA, is ooking to hire for  Prep Cook, and FOH Crew Members.

It is great if you have previous experience, but we do not require it as training will be provided to those who love learning

The Prep Cook will be responsible for:

- Completing all assigned prep work, 

- Setting up the cook’s station.

- Maintaining product quality and cook time standards, and cooking menu items according to the company’s recipes and specifications.

- As well as other responsibilities. 

- Set up of equipment.

- Verification of stock.

- The cleaning of equipment.

- Preparing food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area.

The Crew Member will be responsible for:

- Greeting and helping guests with their orders.

- Prepare the guests order.

- Maintain and organize work and guest areas

- Opening, closing and cashier duties.

A qualified applicant must:

- Have excellent communication skills.

-Understand that the guest comes first

- Be able to work with knives, kitchen utensils and (hot/ cold) equipment.

- Work with food preparation equipment

- Be older than 18.

- Have a reliable transportation.

- Be wiling to work on weekends and holidays.

- Be a US Citizen or legally able to work in the USA.

- Be comfortable working in a high speed environment.

- Be comfortable working standing on your feet 8+ hours per shift.

- Be able to lift and move 45+ lbs.
