What You’ll Be Doing

•  Primary responsibility will be troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems and supporting equipment (boilers, chillers, etc.) Instructing and teaching job duties to other team members
•  Communicating with department managers concerning building needs and budget
•  Certified to perform all aspects of work in HVAC discipline and EPA 608 universal refrigerant license
•  You will be required to adjust your schedule to work around incoming work orders
•  Required to plan, resource and execute medium to large projects
•  Gain and utilize knowledge of hotel building

 What You Need for this Position

•  Completed a certified training course in HVAC and 2 years’ experience or experience and skills equaling those of a trade journeyman
•  Read blue prints and schematic drawings
•  Possess basic electrical knowledge, basic plumbing knowledge and extensive HVAC knowledge
•  Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
•  Able to stoop and bend
•  Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
•  Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
•  Able to comply with safety and health code standards
