OTB Catering Delivery Rep Team Member delivers hot, fresh food to On The Border guests; ensures proper food quality, safety and sanitation procedures. This role is also responsible for ensuring that they uphold the OTB Guiding Principles, including Every Guest if My Guest Experience. This role also may assist on full service events with a trained Captain along with other assigned activities as required by the General Manager.

• Exceptional customer service skills and Guest focus.
• Ability to maintain 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule.
• Maintain all licenses necessary to operate vehicles used to make deliveries.
• Maintain current liability insurance on personal vehicle if requested for use.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 lbs, frequently throughout shift.
• Ability to bend and stoop, walk or stand 100% of shift, read and write English, and communicate clearly to guests.
• Ability to operate POS system, make changes and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift.

OTB Cooks are the “heart of the house” and perfectly prepare guests’ meals, ensuring a great dining experience.

• Prepare high quality food to On The Border specifications
• Adhere to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate cook times, potential issues with Managers and Team Members
• Ensure proper rotation of all products; stocks to requirements and more!

OTB Server Assistants ensure that they provide an Every Guests is My Guest experience, from greeting to departure. Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials, Club Cantina program and menu options
• Order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Maintain service station before, during, and after shift to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness.

OTB Dishwashers are key members of the “heart of the house” and ensure that all guests and team members have clean, sanitized dishes and supplies. Responsibilities include:

• Provide guests and team members with clean, sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment
• Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine; includes set-up and close down of machine at the beginning or end of the day
• Keeps the kitchen clean by mopping and sweeping floors and emptying trash
• Maintains correct chemical combinations in dish machine; communicates any mechanical issues to Manager

OTB Servers are the key to delivering great guest Experiences. We call this providing Come Back Value Service. Servers ensure that they provide service so good, our guests tell stories about us when they leave.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate computerized POS system, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
