WHO WE ARE:
Rodizio Grill is a Brazilian Steakhouse "Churrascaria". The authentic Brazilian dining experience features a rotation of over a dozen rotisserie grilled meats that are carried to the table on three foot long skewers by meat servers dressed as Brazilian Gaucho's. The restaurant also features unlimited appetizers that are delivered to the table at seating and an unlimited salad area.

Melting Pot is the Premier fondue restaurant. The Melting Pot offers a four course experience. Cheese Fondues prepared tableside followed by a fresh salad course. The entree is prepared at the table by the guest - it is relaxing and fun. Chocolate fondue is the finale with an array of decadent dippers. The unique leisurely interactive experience bring people closer together.


AS A HOST-
You are the first impression of the restaurant.
As a host the way you greet guests will set the tone for their whole experience. Professionalism and enthusiasm are essential characteristics of all hosts.
You should project a friendly, professional and attentive image.
When guests walk through the front door, they should feel as welcomed and accommodated as they would if entering your own home.
Also, you are one of the last impressions a guest has as they leave the
restaurant. Make it positive. Thank them for dining with us. Wish them
a great day or a wonderful evening and invite them to come back and dine with us again.


HOST DUTiES -
Works closely with management to organize and plan seating strategies
Assigns server and seating during the shift
Supports the coordinator when not assigned the position
Seat Guests -Give Concept Presentation
Take Reservations using Open Table Reservations System
Sell concept over the phone and to walk-in guests
Assist guests in general
Cooperate with fellow Hosts to achieve team and guest service goals
Bus tables at peak load to insure guest satisfaction
Maintain Bathroom Cleanliness and Supplies During Shift
Greet and guide prospective employees during application process - provide critical professional feedback to managers
Greet vendors
