Shift Leader - Full-time

Our Dairy Queen is currently seeking a Shift Manager who can handle the responsibilities of the position, which include but are not limited to;

• Creating quality products
• Having EXCEPTIONAL customer service
• Multi-tasking and being hands on
• Willingness to be on the front lines with your employees and help in any position you are needed
• Being able to lead your teammates to success in all areas of the store
• Counting drawers
• Cleaning
• Food Safety
• Training

Shifts vary so you must able to work a flexible schedule. Pay starts at $10.00 per hour with a 1.00 raise increase when training is finished.

Role Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum 1-year management experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry required.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Good math skills and Windows-based computer literacy.
• Must possess good verbal communication skills.
• Experience motivating, mentoring, and training a team.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00-$11.00/hour
